I am Cathie Barrios, CEO, and a working mother of two children and I’ve been enjoying Rocco’s foods since I was a child and was lucky enough to visit the legendary Rocco’s Ristorante in Ceredo, West Virginia.  Rocco’s Specialty Foods is a small-town Italian frozen food maker that prepares the state’s most famous and tastiest lasagna, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce and hot dog chili for sale in grocery stores in the tri-state area.
